Q. How do I sponsor a leaf?
A. You can submit a sponsorship request directly within the app. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation email along with a secure Stripe payment link.
Q. How do I pay the fee?
A. After your sponsorship request is approved, we’ll send a secure Stripe payment link to your registered email. You can pay using any major debit or credit card through Stripe.
Q. What happens after payment?
A. Once your payment is confirmed and verified, your leaf will be moved from the related category to the "Sponsored" category in the app. Sponsored leaves receive more visibility and special placement.
Q. Can I get a refund?
